Welcome to Harley’s clean and modern monochrome boy’s room with pops of colour designed by his mother Lauren Reid who is also the owner of Sorbet Interiors in Canberra, Australia.
Lauren wanted the boy’s room to tie in with other spaces in the house so the monochrome scheme was a really good choice for her six year-old son Harley’s boysroom. It created a neutral and modern canvas that could be brightened up with vibrant pops of colour that could be changed at any time and thus changing the look of the room completely by just swapping a few accessories.

About Sorbet Interiors
Lauren Reid started her interior business in 2015 while studying interior decorating and design. She has been passionate about interior design for several years but didn’t realise how much she loved kids interiors before designing her own children’s rooms. “Revealing a new space to a child and seeing their faces radiate with surprise and happiness is something I really enjoy” she says and adds that she can’t wait to see where Sorbet Interiors will take her in the future.
Nor can we of course! We will keep a close eye on all the developments and promise to keep you posted!
