Isn’t this cot just amazingly cool? The CANDY CRIB is our favourite (for now…) from kids furniture company Xo-inmyroom from Barcelona, which is owned and run by a family in Barcelona, Spain. All their kidsfurniture is made in their local workshop with reclaimed solid pine wood. We love their rustic, handmade, yet modern style and there are so many different designs to choose from..but we managed finally to make our selection!
LIBERTY BED with solid pine wood
The ANNA bookshelf is low enough for a child to pick a book from the shelf by him or herself and has a practical drawer for toystorage. The rustic half-finished paint is part of the Xo-inmyroom style.
The Xo-inmyroom team makes so many beautiful style photoshoots for their kidsfurniture. As this DIY TABLE with these bright yellow flowers hung on the wall with yellow tapes.
The parents who founded Xo-inmyroom share their big loftspace with their children. This kidsbed would be practical for a loftspace as you can just roll it in front of the TV for those cosy family evenings…
The KOINOBORI BED takes it name from the “Koinobori” carp windsocks that decorate the landscape of Japan from April through early May, in honor of the childrens day on the 5th of May. In Japanese culture, the carp symbolizes courage and strength because of its ability to swim up a waterfall. The Children’s Day is an event, expressing hope that each child in the family will grow up healthy and strong like wild carps.
OSKAR CHANGING STATION
It’s not surprising with so much style and taste that Xo-inmyroom has been featured often in the press, such as Vogue Enfant, Marie Claire Enfants, Elle Decoration UK and now in the trend publication Trend Bible Kid’s Lifestyle SS17 with their latest designs, the Nashimura wardrobe and the Irene writing desk that we invite you to discover on their blog. The fantastic news is that they ship worldwide and offer customization for the painted pieces.
